Condition is used with age related wear, etc. and one top pin has a
saw" cut" mark  - see pictures.
Tension pins are in place with wear - see pictures. No tension setting tool
or instructions included.
Tension is set to a strong setting "warning watch fingers etc."
Please refer to a qualified person for proper handling and installation.
Together on a scale they weigh over 8 Lbs.
