This listing is for the body hammer HEAD ONLY as shown.  Good used condition with very smooth faces on both sides with some discoloration to the metal, but very smooth.  Weight is appx 15 ounces as you see it.  View and ENLARGE all photos for more detail.  I do not accept returns, so be sure this is what you need or want, thank you for your consideration.
