    You are Bidding on a Original Epilady ME 800 Epilator Electric Shaver. This Shaver is in Very Good Gently used Condition.
    Information Features :
    If you like the coil-style epilators from Epilady, this vintage and unused classic Epilady is for you! This Epilady model is the original first type of epilator that was manufactured and released in Israel in 1986. The Epilady removes hair by the root, for results that last for up to 4 weeks. This design incorporates a coil spring which is bowed into a curve so that the coils on one side of the spring squeeze tightly together while on the other side the coils are spread apart. The motor rotates the spring, causing it to flex as it rotates. Moving the rotating spring across the skin causes the hairs to be caught up in the spring and pulls out the hair grabbing even the smallest hairs on arms and legs for great results!
    Tips: Use after a warm shower or bath, when the pores and hair shafts are open. It will be easier to get the hairs out then. Do not apply any creams, moisturizers or astringents to your skin for at least 30 minutes after using the Epilady. Allow the pores and hair shafts to close naturally. Stretch your skin with your free hand while using the Epilady - this will reduce the discomfort, and help the Epilady work better. Start from the ankle up, making small circular motions along the way. For behind the knee, try to keep your leg straight to stretch the skin. Do not apply pressure on the skin while using the Epilady. Hold it lightly on your skin - like skimming your fingers on your legs. Pressing down on your skin will push the hairs down and make it very difficult for the epilator to grab the hair. If you press down too hard, the machine is designed to stop rotating. To restart, you release the pressure.
