Rebuilding services include:
Complete diagnostics of your controller on our custom built controller test computer
Re-soldering and testing / replacing control relay (1) as needed
Repairs as needed on circuit board
Clean and repair contacts on board
Recondition entire keypad and contact assembly  (some models no longer in production - We will contact you if the keypad is not servicable) - We do not use a 'STICKER' to repair contacts like our competition does!
Clean contacts on 6 pin connector
Clean interior/exterior housings
Replace screws on unit with upgraded stainless or coated replacements
Fully stress test operation of controller on our exclusive load testing computer
Relay upgrades (only 2016+ Chinese made controllers) are NOT included but suggested. OEM HongFa or Kemet relays are very poor quality. We have upgraded OMRON relays available at additional cost.
Please note if your controller has 2 LED's on the left side (older hand held units), the replacement pad is no longer in production/available. We have a modification done to the new style pads to accommodate the older circuit boards BUT the LED lights will not line up correctly or we will recondition your key pad to like-new functionality.
Keypads may be substituted based on stock - (Red Western pads may be replaced with yellow Fisher pads - if parts are back-ordered) - Same functionality, just different color buttons/name on unit. Contact us prior to repair if this is an issue.
Please ignore the 10 day shipping time listed. We repair within 1 day of receiving the controller and ship out the same/next day - unless additional repairs are needed.
