Lion standing left with left foreleg raised, xwbw ("ruler") above lion / Tamgha in the center, xwbw on top of reverse, prn on the right side, and st/wchk below tamgha. 17mm, 1.72 grams. Shagalov/Kuznetzov coin with most of the inscription visible!Smirnova could examine only 3 similar coins. This issue is very rare.
