Best way to tell if you have non updated or not is your old CDI will have red potting on the back. If it has red potting on the back then its NON Updated and will not work unless you purchase a Updated Stator & Updated Ignition Coil W/ Wires !! Updated CDI, Stator & Coil Must be installed to make your machine work !!
If you need the UPDATED Stator & Coil w/wires to convert yours from non update ignition to updated ignition we have those also listed in our eBay Store !!

The Yellow Mark is painted over a Number. Its a Blank Box until we program them. We Program them so its a Plug n Play CDI - BUT WE ADVISE TIMING LIKE POLARIS WANTS YOU TO DO -- Its always best to verify timing before running your machine - *Failure to follow this recommendation can result in piston deterioration and possible engine failure.
