Open device unlock app on your phone and check if you are getting message "Unlock Failed: This mobile wireless device is not eligible for unlock. For Device Unlock eligibility details, please go online or contact Customer Care."
Order only if you are getting this message. Other messages like Server Not Responding, Communication Error etc are not supported and you will not be refunded if you ordered with such errors. For such errors, try updating firmware or restore your handset and see if issue is fixed.
Delivery Time
Service delivery time is 10 to 20 working days with Saturday and Sunday not included. No cancellation is allowed up to 25 working days time. Please order only if you can wait.
How to Order
Make sure you hard reset your device before ordering.
Click on "Buy It Now" button. During checkout, click on "Add Message to Seller"
Get IMEI number of your device by dialing*#06# and add it in message section without any typo or spaces.
Once your order is done we will send you message on Ebay.
Refund / Verification Policy
When your order is replied and if in a very rare case device is not unlocked, your order will be resent for processing which can take 1-2 weeks. After redone if your issue is still not fixed, we will need video proof for refund. Video proof instructions will be sent to you via Ebay message. No video proof will be acceptable without sending IMEI for reprocessing

Once we send you unlock code, insert unsupported sim card. Open Merto PCS device unlock app and tap on "Permanent Unlock" to get your device unlocked.
