This is a GSM unlock
: Buyer is responsible to ensure whether the device will be CDMA compatible after unlocking. Each iPhone has its own compatibility for CDMA. If you need it unlocked for CDMA you have to check your imei number on your desired carriers BYOD site

Delays
Sometimes if the server gets overloaded with orders there can be delays. Delays can happen at anytime without warning. if there are delays I will adjust the time frames. This can happen after you purchase and before your phones get unlocked, if this happens the most updated time frame is correct and applies to your service. Please be patient.
Orders cannot be canceled while they are in process even if there is a delay. There is no getting around this.

Refund policy
In the case of no code available, we will refund you 100%.
If for some reason the unlock does not work and you are getting an "Invalid Sim" message or "No Service" signal you must work with us to troubleshoot it. This may include contacting your Carrier or Apple tech support. Refunds are not automatic just because you are having an issue. We will refund non working codes

after all troubleshooting efforts on both parts have failed, the supplier has re-processed your service, and we have reviewed a video proof of the situation. This process can take time.
