Only devices with a clean iCloud status are eligible... we do not process lost/stolen device in iCloud status. The only way to know for sure is for me to check. iCloud status is different from blacklist/ESN/carrier status.
THIS DOES NOT BYPASS KILL SWITCHED DEVICES (lost mode).
This is different from the carrier lock which restricts the device to using a SIM card from a particular cellular carrier and has nothing to do with blacklist status which blocks certain devices from connecting to cellular carriers.
You must be able to follow directions to use this service.
#1 do not call apple. Do not email Apple. It will get you nowhere. You must visit apple in person for this to work.
#2 Send the your device's IMEI numbers and I'll determine/check if your device is eligible for this service. We do not service all phones. Just the clean ones meaning not on lost/stolen iCloud status.
#3 only once I’ve told you your device is in clean mode, you will receive further instructions.
Limit 2.
Make sure to type the name of the person going to the Apple Store and the imei of the device on the " message box " upon checkout.
This is important.
4) You will receive the documents needed to get your device back up and running digitally only.
Letter is usually mailed same day but if you don't include all required info with your purchase, letter will be mailed next day.
Take the document to Apple. Tell the agent that you forgot the iCloud information of the device but you have the document in hand and the agent removes the iCloud information off the device. That is all you tell Apple.
I reserve the right to refuse service to low feedback or new eBay users. I am able to check if iCloud has been removed and can provide this information to eBay.
You may then be reported to eBay and end up on a banned list for just a few bucks.
