    These premium quality top mount double acting gravity pivot hinges are unique in their simplicity. A specially designed nylon bearing allows the cafe doors to swing freely in both directions and automatically close. If needed, there is a design feature that allows you to conveniently lock open one or both cafe doors simply by opening them to about 120 degrees where they will then hold open at about 90 degrees. Simply push cafe doors to close when you no longer need them held open.  Max weight is 60 pounds per cafe door set.  Well suited for residential or commercial applications.
    If your cafe door is near or over the max weight, you are installing a larger or heavier cafe door, for uses where the hold-open feature is not desirable, or you prefer a snappy action to your cafe doors, upgrade to our heavy duty cafe door
