The Braun Silk-épil 5 epilator is designed to be used in the bath or shower for added comfort and convenience, with a special anti-slip grip for easy handling. Using it in warm water with Braun’s high frequency massage cap system helps to soothe and relax your skin, making epilation more comfortable. With regular use in warm water, epilation becomes virtually painless.
How to guide
Epilation can feel scary for first time users. That’s why Braun designed an ideal Starter Kit that is comfortably used in two phases.
Phase 1: Use the beginners cap for the first month.
The Braun epilator Starter Kit comes with a beginners cap that combines epilation and shaving with Gillette Venus blades. Each week it epilates 60 per cent of the hairs, and shaves the rest. Using this for the first 4 weeks will help you get used to epilation.
Phase 2: Ready to epilate once a week
After using the starter head for 4 weeks, your skin will be used to epilation and you can switch to the epilation head. With its Micro-Grip Tweezer technology, this head captures and removes all unwanted hair from the root.
