I have had good success, But with At&t it can and does go down at anytime so act fast.
Please do not purchase if you are a buyer who would open eBay or paypal cases for delays or leave negative or nuetral feedback if the service gets delayed or goes down without you getting your phone unlocked and I refund.
By purchasing this service you agree to remain patient until the supplier unlocks or cancels the service and not to leave negative or neutral feedback if your device does not get unlocked.

Estimated Digital Delivery times:

If the server gets overloaded it could take longer.
If the order fails I will automatically reprocess the unlock.
If there is an overload of orders it could cause delays and take longer to complete. If after 15 business days the device is not unlocked the supplier may except cancelation requests. There are no cancellation requests before this time so please do not ask. The supplier has the final say to accept the request or not.

How to send us your order and IMEI
Please include your imei # in the
purchase order
, do not send your imei in a separate message this can be confusing. (IMEI is 15 digits, to view it dial:

Type the 15 digits without spaces or slashes. Like this:

Activation Locked Devices:
If you device is requiring a zip code or SS # to activate, this service WILL NOT unlock this. This is a sim unlock only. If you purchase this there will be no refunds since your phone is sim unlocked.
Accounts with 0-50 Ebay Feedback:
Accounts with 0 feedback do not meet our guidelines and will be cancelled. If you have under 50 feedbacks
You must contact me first before purchasing unless you have a good history of buying this type of service.
Delays:
Sometimes if the server gets overloaded with orders there can be delays. Delays can happen at anytime without warning. if there are delays I will adjust the timeframes. This can happen after you purchase and before your phones get unlocked, if this happens the most updated timeframe is correct and applies to your service. Please be patient.
Orders cannot be canceled while they are in process even if there is a dely. There is no getting around this.

Refund policy:
In the rare case of
"Invalid Sim" issues after unlocking
that can not be resolved,
we will refund you 100%.
It is our goal to successfully unlock your phone, we take this very serious. If in a rare case the unlock does not work and you are getting an "Invalid Sim" message you must work with us to troubleshoot it. This may include trying another method to complete the unlock like iTunes etc., re-processing your service, or contacting your Carrier or Apple tech support. Refunds are not automatic just because you are having an issue. We will refund "Invalid Sim"
ONLY
after all troubleshooting efforts on both parts have failed, and we have reviewed a video proof of the situation. This process can take time.
No refund for the following:
Wrong imei number submitted
iCloud locked devices
Devices already unlocked
Activation locked devices
Important information:
At&t New Fraud policy 10/29/18
DO NOT report your device as lost/stolen after unlocking and be careful if you buy your device second hand that the seller is reputable.
AT&T Wireless will at their discretion Blacklist, BLOCK or RELOCK all iPhones and devices that have been reported lost/stolen and have an Assurian phone insurance claim after unlocking the device.
This will be considered as fraud imei, and will not work on any gsm network any where in the world.
This policy was enforced since 10/29/18.
Any AT&T imei that is blocked or relocked for lost/stolen insurance claim after unlocking WILL NOT BE REFUNDED or REPROCESSED BY US. This is even if you made this claim or not.
