his Hessonite garnet gemstone has a very intense medium dark brownish-orange color (Burnt Orange), 100%
natural
color - (unheated and untreated) with very very slight reddish over tones under incandescent light.  It was faceted from a natural hessonite garnet crystal that was mined in Nigeria.
Hessonite is a variety of the Grossularite Garnet.
This gemstone is a beautiful medium dark orange, is very clean with minute natural inclusions visible only with high magnification and a very careful examination. These natural inclusions do not distract from the gemstones beauty and help ensure it is a natural gemstone.
